Motivation

This picture represents why I am trying so hard to change my lifestyle. It makes me feel emotions from sad to anger. It doesn't even look like me. In my heart I still weigh 140 and I am trapped in this "fat suit."

I don't hate myself. I love myself and that is why I want to do better for me. I want to make my body healthy. I want to love my image when I see a picture of it or look in a mirror. I will get there! I will do this! I may face a road block along the way but I will not stop.
